Include rich media with your LinkedIn status updates

An important update from LinkedIn is the news that, rolling out over the next few weeks internationally from today, you’ll now be able to attach rich media to your status updates – and this will also apply to LinkedIn Company Pages.

Visual content is becoming more and more important in attracting and holding attention online – so it’s obviously appealing to add a presentation, a great photograph, a visualisation of an inspirational quote, or perhaps an infographic showing trends impacting your industry. In essence, you can now use LinkedIn to add a richer and more visual component to your professional discussions.
